Frequently Asked Questions
Registering an Inkflow account is very simple:
- Click the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the website
- Enter your email address and set a password
- Fill in basic information (name, learning level, etc.)
- Verify your email address
- You can start using after completing registration
If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer service team.
If you forget your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Enter the email address you used during registration
- Check your email and click the password reset link received
- Set and confirm a new password
- Log in to your account with the new password
If you don't receive the password reset email, please check your spam folder or contact customer service.
Our Chinese character writing function can help you practice and recognize Chinese characters:
- Write Chinese characters on the drawing board using a mouse or touch screen
- Click the "Recognize Character" button to get recognition results
- Use the "Clear" button to empty the drawing board and rewrite
- Recognition results will show the correct stroke order, pinyin and meaning of the character
Tip: Try to keep your strokes clear when writing for higher recognition accuracy.
Steps to check mock exam results:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the "Mock Exams" page
- Click the "My Results" tab
- Select the exam record you want to view
- The system will display your score, accuracy rate and detailed analysis
You can also download the score report or share it on social media.
If you want to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the "Account Settings" page
- Select the "Subscription Management" option
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
Note: After canceling your subscription, you can still access the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Account Issues
You can update your account information at any time:
- Click your username in the upper right corner after logging in
- Select "Account Settings"
- Modify the information you want to update (name, email, password, etc.)
- Click the "Save Changes" button
Note: Changing your email address requires re-verification.
If you can't log in, possible reasons include:
- Incorrect username or password entered
- Account not yet activated (please check your registration email)
- Account temporarily locked due to multiple incorrect attempts
- System maintenance or technical issues
Solutions:
- Ensure you're using the correct login credentials
- Try resetting your password
- Wait 15 minutes and try again
- Contact customer service if the problem persists
Technical Support
If the website won't load, please try the following steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using another browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
- Check our system status page for service interruptions
- Contact technical support if the problem persists
If the Chinese character writing function isn't working properly:
- Ensure you're using the latest version of your browser
- Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser
- Try disabling browser extensions that might be interfering
- If using a touchscreen device, ensure touch functionality is working
If the problem still exists, please provide the following information when contacting technical support:
- Your browser and version
- Device type (phone/tablet/computer)
- Specific time and description of when the problem occurred
